Our Response to COVID-19

newsheader

To All Corporate Stakeholders,

With the increasing news and concern regarding COVID-19, OTS would like to take this time to ensure our employees and clients that we are monitoring the developing situation and have resources in place to provide you with continued service.

As our corporate staff shift into a temporary work from home mode, we understand people are looking for information on this transitional environment. It still remains critical that we all do what we can to help reduce the spread and bring this virus under control.

In line with our values, our priority is ensuring the safety of our employees, clients and our broader communities. As an organization, we will continue to take a cautious approach. With plans in place to prevent and respond to COVID-19 across all parts of our company, we are taking guidance from the government, public health authorities
and the sites that our employees are currently working on as the situation unfolds.

To ensure you all that we are working towards the security and productivity of our employees and clients, we have
put the following measures in place:

  • Our corporate employees are all equipped to work from home where they can continue to provide service seamlessly to clients.
  • On our project sites, we are increasing sanitation and reducing the number of people in common areas.
  • We have eliminated in-person meetings unless absolutely required, have adhered to social distancing measures throughout all corporate offices, and have leveraged technology to facilitate meetings and other interactions as much as possible.
  • For our team members working on remote sites, we have asked these members to report to their client supervisor and OTS HR so that the required site access screening tools can be completed as required.
  • We will continue to monitor developments and will further adapt our policies and practices as new information becomes available.
  • We are maintaining operational stability and the health of our people by being observant in the steps we are taking to reduce the risk of the spread of the virus in the communities where we operate.

We encourage everyone to practice good hygiene, be conscientious with your travel plans and be mindful of the vulnerable in your communities and immediate families. We understand that this is also a time of heightened worry for many in our communities, so we urge you to take extra care of yourself. Thank you for your continued trust in OTS, and we look forward to continuing to support the success of you and your organization in the months and years ahead.

Stay safe, social distance, and stay home if possible!

Safety, IT’S FOR LIFE.
